Kundalini

Kundalini is there serpent within your Root chakra. She springs up in order to connect with her mate Shiva, who connects to your Seventh Chakra. This is your energy, your source. Once she are able to connect with her, healthily - you are in your true spiritual being.

I was finding meditations on youtube, and I found a Kundalini one. I decided to try it, just to see what might happen. They say if you rouse her before you are ready...before your Chakra's are healthy, and able to let her through - you'll become sick, see hallucinations etc. They say that's why a lot of people in the 60s were seeing hallucinations when doing drugs, but that's beyond me.

Anyway. I tried it. It was the first time I was able to meditate. I woke up sometimes, but I could feel my body getting warm - and there was a sharp pain in my belly, and then it went away, and then I felt a slight warmth in my chest. It all felt a bit sharp, but it didn't hurt so much. I didn't hallucinate, but I didnt' get all the way either. I didn't feel any difference in myself. I was just extremely dizzy, with a slight headache. I felt dizzy all the next day, but I barely did anything - so it didn't get intense.

The next day. I went to work. I was completely fine, but I was paranoid. I don't know if this is because I knew I was getting sick, and so my anxiety was running, but it was random. I ended up getting wicked hot, and had a fever. It wasn't that bad to most, but to me a fever isn't common.. I don't get sick often, or at least I didn't...and a fever is something I rarely get. If I have one, it's my body telling me I need to rest. I had told my work that I would stay longer than necessary, but I couldn't even get through the day. I was like a zombie. The only energy I had was my personality, and knowing that if i left there would only be two people working - and that wouldn't be good. I fell asleep as soon as I got home.

I kinda felt dizzy the next day, a bit nauseous, but I was fine. I got in to work, and normally it is very hot, or at least nice in the winter - but I was freezing. I was getting goosebumps head to toe. That night I was shivering so badly, it hurt...because I got out of my bed to go to the bathroom. I got a fever that morning.

I don't know if it was because I meditated Kundalini, probably not...but it was so random, that I wrote it in here.
